We visit or work with materials you send us, sort documents into logical categories, create clear folder labels and a written index, and provide digital scans of key items. We do not read, interpret or advise on the content of any document.

Are the Legacy Notes Workshops run in English? +

Yes. Workshops are delivered in English and are designed to be clear and accessible for a wide range of participants. Materials can be provided in both English and Thai on request.

How long does a Memory & Heirloom Archive project take? +

Timelines vary depending on the volume of items. A modest family collection typically takes two to four weeks. Larger archives may take longer. We discuss a realistic schedule with you before beginning.

Do you provide legal or financial advice as part of your services? +

No. Bequestra is a personal document organisation and educational service. We do not provide legal, financial or any other professional advice. For such matters, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

Are my documents handled securely? +

Yes. We work with care and discretion. Original documents are not altered. Digital copies are stored securely and returned to you. We do not share or retain any materials beyond the scope of the project.

Where are you based and can you visit us at home? +

We are based in Bang Rak, Bangkok. Home visits within Bangkok are available for Records Tidy-Up and Memory & Heirloom Archive projects. Legacy Notes Workshops can be held at a venue of your choice or at our office.
